On May 8, 2020 HP Inc company. provided the mobile thin client of HP mt22 created especially for infrastructure of virtual desktops and differing in high strength.

HP emphasized that the companies even more often implement cloud solutions and infrastructure of virtual desktops (VDI) for increase in security and cost reduction. In the conditions of a pandemic the need for the devices expanding opportunities for work with web applications and virtual desktops grew. According to poll of the company, about 60% of the users working at home during self-isolation use the personal computers. It represents a significant risk for cyber security. Survey results also showed that during operation employees regularly use on average 22 cloud applicaions.

For ensuring complex transition to virtual working spaces the mobile thin client of HP mt22 was created. According to the producer, it supports safe and productive mobile work for users of VDI solutions, such Citrix as well as VMware. Operating system HP ThinPro provides multi-level protection of user data, devices and accounts and also technology selfrepair BIOS and HP Privacy Camera for protection of the camera against cracking. HP mt22 is a mobile thin client with the screen revealing by 180 degrees. The body of the device is executed of strong stamped aluminum which conforms to requirements of the defense MIL-STD standard. Processors Intel Celeron and wireless local area network HP with support of technology of HP of Extended Range Wireless LAN guarantees the increased productivity, at the same time users can quickly pass to a desktop, connect displays and accessories using a docking station of HP USB- C.

HP also announces HP ThinPro Go – the USB device which turns already obsolete equipment into the personal systems, safe for work. It provides the high level of security at accomplishment of working tasks wherever there was a user – due to access to business applications and corporate data through USB practically from any PC.
