Sarex is a domestic software solution for managing infrastructure projects based on digital twin technology, applicable throughout the life cycle of the project.

The platform is designed to manage capital construction and reconstruction projects and allows you to control volumes, manage deadlines and identify deviations from project documentation in 2D, 3D, and 4D at any time and from any device.

2025: Mobile application and product "Stroycontrol"

Sarex continues to release new products and modules, developing an all-in-one project management platform. In November 2025, the company introduced to the market the Sarex mobile application, the Stroycontrol product, which became the fourth in the ecosystem along with the Common Data Environment, Planning and Digital Monitoring, as well as a number of important platform updates. The company announced this on December 15, 2025.

The Sarex mobile application will allow platform users to solve a wide range of tasks directly at the construction site. It is compatible with the iOS and Android operating systems, functions both online and offline, and is also synchronized with the web version of the platform, which makes it possible to work under your account with the same data. The following modules are available in the application: "Remarks," "Events" and "Tasks." By the end of 2025, it will also have the function of viewing documentation..

The Stroykontrol product is based on the idea of ​ Stroycontrol of integrating the existing all-in-one modules of the Sarex platform. It combines the data in the pig with the "dates" and "executors" in the "Planning," as well as with the "Digital Monitoring" through the general types of comments. The Event Builder of the Stroycontrol product helps you adjust to different business processes and scenarios by selecting a role model for each event type with its own list of accesses, set of attributes and statuses. One of the components of the Analytics module included in the product is Chess, a visual view that can be configured in a couple of clicks and shows the data in the desired section. The "Prescriptions" module translates repeated comments into the legal plane.

The functionality of the Sarex pig product has expanded with three new modules and 145 new features. The first module - "Transfer of Documentation," allows you to submit agreed documents to the construction site within the framework of an understandable business process and form acceptance certificates. The second module is "Check lists," the third - "Requests," which allows you to conduct productive communication with the contractor after the transfer of documentation for construction.

Two additional modules and more than 70 new features have also appeared in the Planning product. Almost completely changed the architecture of the product, which allows for even faster calculations. The new Changes module captures user actions and shows how each affects the work schedule. The Human Resources module allows you to assign a schedule-bound performer to each task. The vendor also declares an improvement in working with formulas, improved task management functions and schedule coordination.

"Digital monitoring" has been replenished with two modules and more than 50 functions. The Video Camera module is designed to create a monitoring center for video surveillance and assess the fact of construction. The Scans module allows you to create geozones and automate the process of downloading prepared photos and panoramas by coordinates. Also in the product "Digital Monitoring" the functionality of the "Deviation Scale" was optimized, used to compare the point cloud with the BIM model: the possibilities of adjusting the scale were expanded, due to which it became possible to standardize reports based on comparing the results of the NLS and BIM models, speed up their release, simplify administration.

In 2025, a number of updates were also implemented that affect the operation of the entire Sarex platform. Among the most significant is an improved pdf viewer, which now allows you to quickly open a file of almost any size in minimal time. The high speed of working with large BIM models is provided by its own Sarex engine, completely updated for the new internal BIM v3 standard. It has high performance when working with.nwd,.nwc,.rvt,.ifc formats and has the best rendering parameters for comfortable work with models of any size.

For deep integration and efficient interaction between the modules of the system, an attribute service was created. Developed in 2025, the Reference Books module will become the basis of inter-module interaction. It is planned that in 2026, on the basis of directories, the company will create the maximum number of integrations - both external and within the system.

According to Sarex Product Director Bogdan Bohonov, in 2026, the priority areas of development will be functionality for issuing as-built documentation and working with BIM models, as well as an information standard. In addition, it is planned to launch AI solutions on the market, work on which is already actively underway - in particular, it is planned to launch a virtual assistant that will be able to cover all platform modules, help when working with BIM models, create specifications, check the documentation for the checklist, make version comparisons and much more.
