Statement for bankruptcy

In August, 2020 the Vostokugol company submitted the application for the bankruptcy.

The arbitration court of the Moscow region registered the statement of Vostokugol Management Company LLC for own bankruptcy, follows from information in a card file of arbitration cases.

The company withdrew charges against top managers

In May, 2020 the Vostokugol company after death of one of the co-owners, the billionaire Dmitry Bosov, refused claims to two top managers whom it accused before of plunders.

It is about the CEO of Vostokugol Vadim Bugaev and the head of "subsidiary" of the company of Bosov - the head of the Ogodzhinsky coal company Maxim Podmiglazov.

In April, 2020 Bosov to them had a conflict: them and also the business partner Alexander Isaev who, as well as to Bosov, possessed 50% of Vostokugol the billionaire accused of plunders on the sections of works entrusted to them. After that Bugaev and Podmiglazov were dismissed, and Isaev lost the share in the company.

After Bosov's death Vostokugol published the statements in which reported that data "about discharge from a position and reasons for leaving of" Bugaev and Podmiglazov "were published by an error and without due diligence".

"The specified information is false and untrue", - added to the companies, having noted that to top managers Vostokugol has no claims. Whether they will continue to work in the company, it is unknown.

The co-owner of the company Dmitry Bosov died

The billionaire Dmitry Bosov was found dead in the mansion in Moscow area at the beginning of May, 2020. Near his body the Glock 19 gen 4 gun was detected.
