The documents reflecting political, social and economic and cultural development of Udmurtia since 1709 are stored in the Central state archive of the Udmurt Republic - the main and largest archive depository of the republic-. For the beginning of 2020 is 1928 funds containing more than 800 thousand cases. At the same time 18 documents of GKU "TsGA UR" are included in the State register of unique documents of Archive fund of the Udmurt Republic, among them the documents connected with names of outstanding artists, sciences and cultures.

On the purchased planetary Elarskan scanner A1+ first of all registers of births of parishes of orthodox churches XVIII - the beginnings of the 20th centuries will be digitized. The next stage will digitize the funds containing documents of the General population census of Russia of 1897, ispovedny paintings and revizsky fairy tales.
