The service significantly simplifies the receipt of mortgages due to the online interaction of the client with the bank without the need for a personal presence in the office until the signing of the contract. The user completes the simplified application on the site, after which he receives preliminary approval. Then a personal account is created in which the client works with an expanded questionnaire and applies scans or photos of the necessary documents, and then they go to the bank. VTB checks them and makes a final decision on issuing a loan and approving a real estate object, after which the client is invited to a deal in one of the offices.
At this stage, all residents of Moscow, the Moscow region, as well as the North-West region can use the Digital Mortgage. The service was launched in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov Regions, the Republic of Karelia and the Komi Republic. By the end of 2020, the service will be distributed throughout Russia.
The application of the Agile approach in the implementation of the project has shown excellent results. The project was created from scratch and put into industrial operation in five months. We continue to develop the product together with the bank and constantly add various opportunities. For example, soon after the approval of the transaction, the client will be able to invite his realtor or representative of the developer, who will help fill out all the documentation for the real estate object. Also in your personal account, scanned documents will be automatically recognized and filled out the corresponding fields of the questionnaire, there will be a convenient choice of insurers and many other useful functions that will help reduce the duration of the entire loan issuance process by several times, said Anatoly Savchuk, Director of Software and Integration Solutions Practice at Technoserv Consulting.

One of the main tasks of the project is to create the most comfortable conditions for online customer service. A cross-platform solution allows you to fill out a questionnaire from mobile devices or other gadgets at any time and anywhere. In 2020, more than 25 thousand customers already used the service in the Moscow region. For May 2020, we will scale it to the northwestern region of the country. Modern technologies allow borrowers to reduce the time to obtain a mortgage loan and eliminate the need for multiple visits to the bank's offices.
