As the robot works:
- Processes letters (each 10 minutes from 0:00 a.m. till 9 a.m. checks mail) and takes away from them official reports (Excel of an investment)
- Finds in the official report data for yesterday
- Reads out data, necessary for the report
- Creates or the new summary report (if there is no report), or adds to the existing report the new sheet with current date
- Saves in the general report all read data from all bushes
- Converts the turned-out file into PDF and at 2 a.m., 5 a.m., 7 a.m. on MSK does mailing to superintendants and the administration to Moscow
Result:
Daily robotic collecting and consolidation of daily official reports from remote wells (about depth and parameters of passing) in the uniform report.
