Solvable task
In medical process one of the most labor-consuming transactions – filling of medical documentation.
Many doctors should duplicate work, filling out documents in the different systems. As a rule, in medical institution there is the medical system for needs of the organization and a single regional system in which it is necessary to enter information on patients without fail.
Laboratory of a Hemodialysis LLC keeps account in the medical information system Lexema-Medicine. Besides, the clinic is obliged to enter data on patients and the carried-out procedures in RIAMS ProMed. ProMed does not provide open API for setup of the automated data exchange. Specialists of departments are forced to enter data into two systems at the same time.
What is done by the robot? The program robot developed on Lexema-RPA according to the schedule (or when it is started) transfers data in ProMed, imitating actions of the user for data entry.
Result: Robotization of this process allows to reduce several times time for data transfer in the centralized regional systems
