What is done by the robot? In medical process one of the most labor-consuming transactions – filling of medical documentation. Accounting about the arrived and spent medicines is exposed to careful control by different services therefore the medical institution is forced to keep account of medicines in several systems.
Many employees should duplicate work, filling out information in three different systems which are not integrated among themselves: to 1C, system Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and Parus.
To these systems there is no open access through API therefore the program robot transfers data, imitating actions of the user in systems.
Result: Robots exclude threefold information input in systems and save time of doctors for the solution of more important tasks
