2020: End of the first stage of implementation of a corporate portal
On May 14, 2020 Corus Consulting Group announced end of the first stage of implementation of a corporate portal based on "Bitriks24" for construction the company Step. Created IT- the tool optimizes communication of employees of a dispersed team, will help to exchange the accumulated experience and will increase resource availability for the staff of the company on all Russia.
Representative offices of Step for May, 2020 are located in 16 regions of Russia, about 70% of the state — the field employees who are not "tied" to office. It created a number of difficulties on construction projects: business had no tools for exchange of employees of earlier accumulated knowledge and cases, important information was often lost in working correspondences in mail. There was a need of implementation of a single system for support of internal communication and ensuring joint work of specialists.
For solution of the problem of Corus Consulting offered a corporate portal based on "Bitriks24": a system easily adapts to specifics of the company and has the built-in and add-on modules for accumulation and knowledge sharing among employees.
Specialists of the IT company implemented the intranet site with opportunities to browse a news feed, to place news, to join communities, to browse the reference information and contacts of colleagues. Among key blocks of a system there is a section on construction projects. In it all materials about cases of the company are collected: presentations, documents and many other things. Now the staff of Step can check at any time information on identical projects, including terms, the structure of project teams, technical features and solutions of the most difficult tasks.
Also Corus Consulting developed individual design of the homepage of the portal with quick access to working services and integrated the platform with the Active Directory systems, "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and Exchange.

The project was implemented according to Agile methodology – two-week iterations, but with observance of the project plan. It allowed to connect functionality step by step. For May, 2020 a corporate portal – a uniform information field for the staff of Step. It aggregates all knowledge and examination, automates work with documents and serves as the uniform channel for communication of employees. 500 employees of the company, in the next plans scaling of a system on the bigger number of users are going to use service, comments Christina Davydova, the project manager of Corus Consulting Group.

In plans for development of a corporate portal – development of pages of departments and services, implementation of opportunities of armoring a repatter and execution of the application for a holiday directly on the website and also automation of the majority of processes of the company: express departures and order of references and powers of attorney and many other things.
