ER-Telecom begins HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors

On May 18, 2020 SAP CIS reported what ER-Telecom Holding JSC, the Russian telecommunication the company, selected SAP SuccessFactors for large-scale HR transformation which will affect 17000 employees. The company "became the partner in implementation ECOPSI".

ER-Telecom is going to build up transparent, clear HR processes: adaptation for beginners, training and personnel development, goal setting and assessment of employees. Each employee will be able to plan more effectively work and to develop the professional skills, creating own trajectory of development in the company. And ER-Telecom — to save and develop a "gold" talent pool.

Among the companies which are already using SAP SuccessFactors, such brands as IBM, Cirque du Soleil, Kinross, Sberbank and Megafon.
