2022: Purchase of additional licenses of SED "Atlas" "
On March 4, 2022, Atlas-Soft announced that the Council of Deputies of the Yakimanka municipal district was satisfied with the level of automation of the Etlas electronic document flow "and expanded its use.
The activities of the Council of Deputies are related to the volume of document circulation. Meetings with residents of the district, preparation, coordination and control of decisions, lawmaking - the work of deputies is diverse, and all of it is reflected in the document flow.
In 2019, the Council of Deputies introduced an electronic document management system to optimize its activities. It had to solve a set of problems:
- automate the negotiation of incoming, outgoing and internal documents;
- Simplify reporting on different information slices
- Ensure the operation of personal data;
- automate the reception of citizens' communications received by e-mail;
- Remotely manage documents from anywhere in the country.
The implementation and configuration of the Etla electronic document management system in the Standard configuration was carried out by specialists of the development company. During this work, they formed user groups with the distribution of access rights, set up cards for all types of documents and restructured the directory of counterparties, set up routes for business processes, formed key reports, set up the reception and automatic processing of citizens' appeals from the website of the Council of Deputies through corporate e-mail.
Since the introduction of the electronic document management system time , it has demonstrated its effectiveness.
Due to the transparent automation of the process of processing the appeal of citizens in the Apparatus of the Council, executive discipline has increased. The time for preparing responses to requests has been reduced. It is important that the electronic document management system helps strictly comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
Deputies of the municipal district note numerous positive changes that have occurred in the work after the transition to electronic document management. Documents are not lost, less time is spent getting acquainted with requests, the possibility of remote work with documents has appeared, the time for coordinating decisions has been reduced.
Taking into account the positive results, it was decided to expand the use of the Etla electronic document management program, for which additional licenses were purchased.
2020: Implementation of SED "Atlas"
On May 18, 2020, Atlas-Soft announced that the Office of the Council of Deputies of the Yakimanka municipal district of Moscow automated the work with documents.
The constant increase in the volume of documents processed, as well as the desire of the head of the municipal district to make the processing of citizens' appeals more transparent, prompted the introduction of an electronic document management system.
Of the systems presented on the market, a choice was made at the Atlas SED, since in addition to the availability of standard document processing mechanisms, this system presents a module for working with citizens' appeals, which meets the requirements of 152 Federal Law on Personal Data.
The main requirements for the system being implemented were:
- Ability to automate the negotiation of incoming, outgoing and internal documents.
- You can use the report generator to build reports on different information slices yourself.
- Automate the reception of citizens' communications from corporate e-mail
- Compliance of the system with the requirements of 152 Federal Law on "Personal Data"

As a result of the introduction of the electronic document management system, the Office of the Council of Deputies fully automated the registration and processing of all key types of documents, increased executive discipline due to the transparent automation of the processing of citizens' appeals, while ensuring the safety of applicants' personal data in accordance with the 152nd Federal Law.
