2020: Creation of the remotely-controlled radio center
On May 20, 2020 Rostec reported that the Ruselectronics Holding created the remotely-controlled radio center for ensuring navigation for internal waterways of the Yenisei basin. A problem of development – uninterrupted communication between the courts and services ensuring traffic safety of the water transport in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
Within the project the Omsk scientific research institute of instrument making (enters into Ruselectronics) creates the dispatching center near Krasnoyarsk equipped with the transmit equipment and a unique antenna complex.
The radio center transfers to the courts plying in the basin of Yenisei, operational navigation, hydrometeorological and other information. Development increases safety of navigation and allows to manage the fleet, without allowing dangerous rapprochements of courts on the river, including at night and in the conditions of poor visibility.
 | The created radio center provides an operative communication at any distances between courts and administration of the water transport enterprises and also services providing navigation. Control of the radio center is exercised from a dispatcher station where the automated jobs for persons on duty on communication are equipped. The installed set of technical means allows to perform acceptance and simultaneous data transmission on several frequency channels. If necessary remote control by the radio center using the Internet via the GSM gateway is provided. Function of connection of an external telephone line is also provided.
