Most respondents manage to motivate themselves:

"In a crisis, employee engagement can suffer: one lacks communication with colleagues, others increase concern about their own safety if work is associated with face-to-face contacts, like couriers and cashiers, for example. All this reduces productivity, and, according to analysts, the profitability of companies with an involved team is on average 21% higher than that of companies with a low level of engagement. Pulse surveys help the employer identify on time whether employees are coping with stress, assess whether they are able to fulfill all safety requirements, and also analyze what processes are worth paying attention to and how to help the team at this difficult time for everyone, " noted Elsa Egorova, SRO Holding TalentTech |
