According to terms of the contract, the enterprise should integrate on August 15, 2020 by August 15, 2020 into Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex the Our North portal, implement the Intelligent Transport System and Intelligent System of Housing and Public Utilities systems and also connect 100 surveillance cameras to analytic function on face recognition.

In particular, to the contractor increased contract performance term, no later than August 15, 2020, obliged to integrate the Our North portal into "The safe city", to implement the Intelligent Transport System and Intelligent System of Housing and Public Utilities systems and also connection to 100 surveillance cameras of analytic function on face recognition.

In the end of the year the Committee on security of the population of Murmansk region addressed GKU "Management for GO and Protection of the Population against Emergency and Fire Safety" of the region and A-Leasing LLC about recognition of the transaction on services in leasing of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex in the territory of pilot regions of invalid. Also from the claimant the petition for acceptance of interim measures in the form of prohibition on execution of the government contract concluded on October 8, 2018 on the above-stated services worth nearly 1.5 billion rubles arrived. A system had to be unrolled in Murmansk, Severomorsk, ZATO Aleksandrovsk and the Kandalaksha district.
