Technoserv Consulting has developed paperless office technology for VTB Bank

2020: Implementation of Paperless Customer Service Technology at Point of Sale

On May 27, 2020, the company Technoserv Consulting"" announced that it has become the main vendor of the introduced bank VTB paperless customer service technology at sales points. Major banking products and services have been transferred to this paperless service platform to optimize operations and reduce customer service time.

Paperless technology involves the transition from a manual signature to an electronic one when issuing such banking products as loans, credit cards, deposits, debit cards and opening accounts. Another of the advantages of the service is the simplification of document flow within the bank's branches, optimization of logistics and the way of storing documents, reduction of paper costs and customer service time.

The technology provides a high degree of reliability of transactions both for VTB Bank and for the client, including with confirmation of the invariability of signed electronic documents.

The paperless service solution for VTB was implemented on the stack of existing banking systems and a specially developed BBO module. The module being implemented was created on the Java platform using modern technology.

The technology is easy to master and easy to replicate. The functionality includes methods of step-by-step connection of departments, this procedure does not require additional installation of software.
