The Sterlitamak joint-stock company "Kaustik" is the enterprise as a part of Bashkirian Chemistry holding specializing in release of chemical products. For forty two years the enterprise produces caustic soda which share in total production across Russia makes 20%, polyvinylchloride - 29%, cable plastic compounds of different brands of-25%, epichlorohydrin - 57%. Now Kaustik dynamically developing enterprise of chemical industry including in the structure scientifically – the engineering center and three own productions.

The industry is Chemistry and petrochemistry.

Project Tasks

  • creation of the single database about the staff of the enterprise whose number at that time exceeded 7500 people, from them 4000 pensioners;
  • exclude duplication of data and an error at information input.

Project Features

The BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system, without attraction of external resources, not only is successfully operated, but also develops. The number of users with 30 grew to 100. Practically all documents connected with personnel records form automatically. Using, the opportunities given by means the BOSS-designer specialists of JSC Kaustik independently developed the modules supplementing standard functionality of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system. For example, such modules as "Data exchange with external sources of information", "Personnel document flow", Medical examination, Cash desk, Loan, "Special power supply", "Training at the enterprise and employee assessment", etc.

Project Effect

Implementation of modules: "Staff list", Registration of personnel and "Payroll", "Accounting in RPF". The main result of implementation of ASUP the BOSS-personnel officer consists in a possibility of storage and processing of the most complete information about employees, receiving report forms and references in any format, deep cost analysis on HR service.
