2020: "A complex of preparation of documents of air navigation information" 7.3 for application in the GIS "Operator of SE" under Astra Linux Special Edition
On May 27, 2020 CB Panorama announced development "A complex of preparation of documents of air navigation information" 7.3 for use in GIS Operator of SE under management OS Astra Linux Special Edition. The solution is intended for calculation of routes of flights, check of the area regarding obstacles, maintaining databases of air navigation information, creation of cards and data exchange with other information systems.
The solution is developed according to the requirements approved in the documents ICAO, "International Civil Aviation Organization" and intended for application with GIS "Operator of SE" 13 in the environment of the protected Astra Linux Special Edition operating system release Smolensk 1.6. The product is optimized for work with the 64-bit platform, and use of all available RAM accelerated display of cards of large volume, object search on the set conditions, their selection and editing and also accomplishment of calculation and analytical tasks.
The program allows to maintain databases with information on planning of routes and results of their design, to store and process data on all elements of aviation activity, to create sets of air navigation maps, thematic documents, schemes, etc. Data exchange with other information systems by means of export and import of files in the text ARINC 424-19 format and formats of metadata AIXM 5.1 and WFS2.0 is implemented.
As the main source of information the base of air navigation data created on the basis of the AICM model (Aeronautical Information Conceptual Model) which is recommended by the international organization of planning and coordination of air traffic EUROCONTROL is used.
The Calculation of Airfield Routes tool kit allows to project routes of a departure, approach and landing, to model and analyze an air navigation situation. There is an opportunity to check the territory of airfield and neighborhoods regarding obstacles and buffer zones to estimate its safety and suitability for air traffic.
The user can create templates of sections of a route with information on the area around airfield and collect from them consecutive chains — projects of routes. Further they can be integrated in schemes, deleting the blocked zones. After that the scheme passes tests according to requirements of the document Doc 8168, it affirms and noted in the database as relevant. After that new routes become available to adjustment and the publication using the option "Preparation of Documents of Air Navigation Information".
Besides, in a product the functionality "Conformity assessment of airfields to requirements of medical and obstetrical center" which allows on the basis of data analysis about the area is implemented, obstacles and elements of land infrastructure around airfield to make the decision on its compliance to requirements of "Federal aviation rules" and suitability for operation.
