IKS Holding Kazakhstan, in partnership with Kazakhtelecom JSC, tested the platform solution of video analytics with the ability to monitor compliance with precautionary measures and wear personal protective equipment in institutions during the quarantine period. This system is most relevant for entrepreneurs. It allows you to monitor compliance with the requirements of Akimats on safety standards during the distribution of coronavirus both in the offices themselves and in the surrounding areas. In addition to monitoring the wearing of personal protective equipment, detectors are able to detect the observance of a safe distance between people, the presence in areas with restrictions and determine the temperature of the human body.

The system is designed to facilitate the task of local administrations and owners of the operating business to control the distribution of COVID-19. The introduction of detectors will help establish trusting relations between business and the state, which will be able to fully function in quarantine conditions and possible repeated outbreaks of infection, notes Daniyar Toichibekov, General Director of IKS Holding Kazakhstan.

Recognition of masks and robes of various types is carried out with an accuracy of 99%, overalls - 97%, caps and gloves - 95%. I want to note another important nuance. Detectors are capable of training and can recognize variations in personal protective equipment of medical personnel. The detector can be connected to any IP camera, the system only requires access to the video stream. The integration of the platform solution is thus as simple as possible. In particular, Kazakhtelecom and IKS Holding Kazakhstan launched a project pilot in their offices in just two days. The national communications operator of Kazakhstan provided developers with access to a video stream on which two detectors were "superimposed" - to recognize the wearing of masks and observe social distance.

Akimats show interest in the platform to control small and medium-sized businesses. Two Italian municipalities also plan to deploy a version of the product adapted under the control of wearing masks and social distance - at the end of May 2020, the contracting process is underway. In Russia, several large medical institutions use such a system, among the customers are the country's industrial enterprises.
