Uzbekistan starts the Single system of e-tickets on a blockchain

On May 23, 2020 the president  of Uzbekistan  Shavkat Mirziyoev signed  the resolution on start  of the Single Electronic System of Booking Transactions (SESBT) for all cultural institutions and art in the country.

The basis of development will be formed by the blockchain technology used for optimization of internal processes and  increase in transparency of booking transactions. Besides, the technology should provide integrity of data on  transactions and , in general, increase optimization of accounting of data, declare in the government.

Russian drama theater of Uzbekistan

Start of a system is planned for August 1, 2020. The first  will connect  the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre  of Alisher Navoiy, the Uzbek national academic drama theater, the Uzbek  state musical theater  of  Mukimi and  the Bukhara state architectural art museum to EESBO.

Further entrepreneurs  in the field of culture and  art  and also adjacent spheres connected with  issue of tickets (including movie theaters, theaters, the systems of sales of tickets for  actions) will acquire too the right to be connected to  this system.

Till July 1, 2021 on inputs and exits of all theaters in Uzbekistan should install the systems of electronic tourniquets or other devices of automatic accounting of visitors with their integration with this system. Installation of devices will be made at the expense of own means of theaters, extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Culture and funds of subjects of an entrepreneurship raised on the terms of public-private partnership.

 Depending on  the importance and  attendance of an action one of  types of verification of users will be defined:

• basic  — verification  using e-mail;
• average  —  using the phone number;
• high  — use of personal identification number of the individual.^[1]
