"Биорг" provided technology Tele2 for creation of archive of financial documentation

2020: Providing Beorg Smart Vision platform

On June 1, 2020 the Biorg company, the Russian developer of intelligent systems based on neural networks and machine learning, provided to Tele2 mobile operator the intellectual Beorg Smart Vision platform which allows to process quickly any data, including the handwritten text. As a result the operator implemented the project on digitization and recognition of archive finance documents of 2007-2013 created by the companies attached to Tele2 group.

Business of Tele2 develops and assumes processing of different financial documentation: agreements with suppliers and contractors, acts, invoices, etc. For more effective resource allocation the operator decided to start the project on digitization of archive documents and creation on their basis of an electronic data archive.

Approach of Biorg company allowed to implement the project as fast as possible: the paper array weighing more than 15 tons is processed within three months. Process consisted from several stages: documents from regions arrived in "Biorg", sorted them by type, and further processed, scanned, digitized and brought in electronic archive. At the same time the personal account with the interface in which if necessary it was possible to find any information on type, date, the amount and other filters was provided to the client.

The solution based on the Beorg Smart Vision platform allowed Tele2 to create uniform electronic base of archive finance documents. At the same time it is expected that the speed of their processing will increase by 60%.
