2020: Implementation of technology of complex design and information modeling
Novgorod Design Institute of the Nitric Industry LLC (Novgorod GIAP) entering into the Acron Group implements technologies of complex design on software from Bentley Systems. It is the first step on the way of transition to the system of creation of an information model of objects (BIM) which is strategically accepted in Group. Acron reported about it on June 3, 2020.
The information model will go through all stages of lifecycle of an object: idea origin, project development, data management at construction, at the subsequent technical operation, upgrade and to an object output from operation. And it is especially relevant for the enterprises of the Acron Group which actively implement projects of capital construction and upgrade on the production sites.
Use of technology of modeling in the BIM format will also allow one of the leading design institutes of the industry to increase quality of the project documentation, to optimize design process and to reduce unproductive costs.
We consider blueprint stage in BIM only by lifecycle of an object. BIM is the cornerstone object-oriented design. It means that data on architectural and planning, constructive, economic, technical, utilization properties of an object are integrated in a uniform information field, are connected among themselves and interdependent. Use of "live" model of objects will allow to organize, manage effectively and to quickly make the justified management decisions in key points of project implementation. |
The analysis of the international experience of use of BIM technologies in construction showed that use of information modeling promotes profit increase and performance improvement, cost reduction and the total cost of the project. All this allows to increase considerably cost efficiency both at the level of single investment and construction projects, and at the level of the organization in general. |
