MyOffice and EOS Group performed delivery of the joint software product to Yakutia

On June 3, 2020 it became known that the Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic became the user of a product — the module "Editing Files" for an electronic document management system "CASE" which is created within technology partnership of the companies MyOffice and Electronic Office Systems.

Purchase took place as a result of running an electronic auction on equipment of 40 jobs Russian software for needs of TFCMI of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. The contract worth 788 thousand rubles is signed with the company "Infosistemy-KS" and assumes delivery operating system "Viola 9 Workstation", files the module "Editing" for EDMS "BUSINESS", carrying out educational programs for training of system administrators and users and also rendering consulting services in setup of the solution.

Transition of TFCMI of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic to the Russian software took place. The Viola operating system and means for creation and editing documents based on technologies of MyOffice were integrated into the existing infrastructure of the customer and an electronic document management system "CASE". Using the module "Editing Files" users can create and edit text and tabular documents in EDMS in editors of MyOffice, and, it is not required to separately purchase the licenses MyOffice,

The uniqueness of the project with TFCMI the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic consists in really seamless integration — two Russian companies MyOffice and EOS Group created ideally compatible product for soft junction of the organization on the domestic software without change of business processes. The first commercial delivery contract of the module "Editing Files" will serve as an example of successful substitution of foreign products modern Russian analogs which can be unrolled very quickly on the existing infrastructure,
