The active development of YuTK company connected with expansion of a range of the provided services and increase in number of subscribers set the task of increase in management efficiency for the management. Important factors of the successful solution of this task for YuTK company are the efficiency and accuracy of preparation of documents and also discipline of their execution. In the conditions of a geographically-distributed structure of branches of the company of one of the main tasks there was an ensuring transparent exchange of documents between branches and General directorate. Also great value was given to a question of creation of an effective dynamic subsystem of the reporting focused on top management of the company. Such subsystem had to provide heads with the up-to-date information necessary for acceptance of adequate management decisions, reveal violations of performing discipline. Proceeding from it, the company management made the decision to focus on the following processes of organizational and administrative document flow:

* Registration, consideration and processing of incoming documents. * Preparation, approval and sending outgoing documents. * Preparation, approval, signing and execution of administrative documents. * Processing of directory documents.

As the tool for solving of tasks, connected with business process automation of organizational and administrative document flow, the EMC Documentum platform was selected. On the basis of the conducted examination of activity of YuTK company regarding management of organizational and administrative documentation of specialists of Corus Consulting document flow business processes were offered and approved.

In 2005 EDMS was implemented in general directorate and in one workplace in each of 10 branches of the company. Project duration was 3 months. In a system 300 users began to work.

In February, 2008 Corus Consulting started upgrade of a system of organizational and administrative document flow. Duration of this stage was 1.5 years.

Today in a system more than 3000 thousand employees in 10 YuTK branches of JSC work.

As a result of upgrade data processing rate increased; functionality of work with documents and instructions is considerably expanded: creation of projects of instructions, replies to the requests from branches and in branches, transfer of reports on instructions are available. The intuitive interface of a system is developed new. It includes the contextual help with all document types, the convenient reference book by third-party correspondents, flexible configuration of a user profile

The user had an opportunity to see all important tabs in a primary window when it is possible to pass with "one click" into the interesting section. Reports for work of users, work of the compliance supervisor, overdue tasks were added, magazines of document registration became available. A system included new processing of documents, for example, processing of citizens' appeals, requests from branches and structural divisions, minutes of meetings.

Specialists of Corus Consulting provided user training of general directorate and branches, including, in the mode of video conferences.

Results
