The experiment is made based on the Samara and Volgograd regional oil transportation administrations when carrying out planned repair work. Use of the solution allows to control observance of requirements of industrial security and labor protection, technology discipline on remote objects from IP video cameras online and also to use archive storage. The complex of satellite video surveillance provides data transmission on the automated jobs in management personnel of the company in Samara and in regional oil transportation administrations for control of observance of requirements of technology discipline and safe works.

Respectively the staff of department of operation, management of labor safety and production supervision can estimate process of carrying out repair work in the remote mode. The Center of industrial automation of JSC Transneft — Upper Volga became developer of a complex.

The complex represents the station of satellite communication which on the technical characteristics can be used in different climatic conditions. Channels of domestic geostationary satellites are used to information transfer via satellites. Implementation of a pilot project will come to the end in October, 2020.

Following the results specialists of the company will carry out efficiency analysis of application of complexes and will formulate suggestions for improvement of a system of video fixing. Implementation of mobile complexes will allow to maintain in general good production practices and also will strengthen control of observance by workers of standards for industrial security and labor protection.
