2020: Plans for implementing solution for management of a dairy farm

PJSC MTS developed the complete solution for management of a dairy farm on the basis of the cows of sensors set in a stomach. The livestock complex of APO Blagodatnoye located in the village Prince Volkonsky Khabarovsk Krai became the first Far East client. It became known on June 4, 2020.

The first batch of cows in number of forty heads is going to be equipped with special smart sensors already in the nearest future – bolyusam that will allow to keep track of the state of health of cows, to predict approach of sexual hunting and an otel, to issue tasks to employees of a farm and to control their accomplishment.

Bolyus controls physical activity of an animal, body temperature, amount of the consumed water. A system defines behavior model, usual for an animal, fixes deviations from it and assumes that it is the reason. It allows to reduce on average by 15% amount of the consumed medicines, to predict otet in 15 hours and to reduce service period from 148 days on average in Russia to 90 days and less. A system works at a basis of a cloud service and allows to control a status of animals and quality of work of personnel far off. The virtual passport of an animal, statistics on employees given about accomplishment in time of assigned tasks and the set performance indicators are stored in a personal account.

Experts of MTS help a farm to analyze data retrieveds, to define problems, tell about the principle of their solution. Specialists also help to build or correct again processes of interaction and care of animals, now workers do not have need to monitor constantly animals – it will be made by a system for them and will issue a dress per day and also will trace the status of accomplishment of tasks. On average the solution allows to increase efficiency of a farm by 15-25%.

We created the farm in 2019 from the open country and used the modern equipment for obtaining the best result in production of milk and dairy products. At the beginning of 2020 we set video surveillance in the cowshed thanks to what it became possible to control far off workflows at the enterprise and also to use the high-speed Internet literally in the clean floor. The second stage we bought 40 bolyus and started installation on a farm of smart network. All this complex of the digital equipment will allow to control a status of animals, to minimize possible risks and to effectively build up all production processes. In plans - to continue cooperation with specialists of MTS, we plan how to expand a cattle livestock, and a case in point on connection of a system of teleaccounting of data on a farm that will allow to spend economically resources, commented the chairman of APO Blagodatnoye Oleg Borisov[1].
