The main objective of Group – effective management of means of shareholders by investment into new business projects, and also in the stock market.

  • management of HR data of storages;
  • formation of base of indicators on personnel processes;
  • selection of options of management decisions on crisis statuses;
  • generation of analytical reports on any set of indicators;
  • control over number and cost of the personnel and over observance the politician on personnel management;
  • formations of the various reporting under personnel problems.

Project Steps

At the first stage the uniform HR policy in the field of personnel management, planning and the cost accounting in the personnel sphere is developed. Then uniform corporate reference books and qualifiers are created, rules of updating of reference books and credentials on work, personnel and calculation principles of payment are configured. At the final stage using the information and analytical BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HR system payroll calculation, personnel records and also the reporting and the analysis were automated.

Project Effect

With the help "BOSS-personnel officer" became possible to manage storages of HR data and to differentiate access rights including remote. Besides, a HR system allowed to solve such requirements of personnel divisions of IFD of Kapital financial group as formation of base of indicators on personnel processes, setup of data sources for receiving calculation formulas of indicators on their basis, selection of options of management decisions on crisis statuses, generation of analytical reports on any set of indicators. Besides, the politician on personnel management was succeeded to toughen control over number and cost of the personnel and over observance, there was a possibility of formation of the various reporting under personnel problems and the correctness of the state and tax statements at observance of rules of personnel records and payroll calculation was provided.
