2020: Providing the protected cloud

The Cloud4Y company announced on June 10, 2020 that it provided the protected cloud for IAC Emercom of Russia.

The federal state budgetary institution "Emercom of Russia Information and Analytical Center" creates software for Emercom of Russia concerning security of the population, risk reduction and mitigation of the consequences of emergencies of natural and technogenic character.

Software development assumes the large volume of preparatory work. Before offering department a product, the staff of "IAC Emercom of Russia" developed several configurations, filled in fresh bilda there, set, loaded autotests and started them, controlled functionality, collected results of execution from all machines, analyzed. It long, difficult and very inefficiently. Also it was difficult to provide flexibility and availability of the operating products on the available resources. Therefore there was a question of use of a cloud platform for work of own information and analytical system.

The cloud allows to turn several cars at once, to carry out any number of tests, to give necessary loadings. It is easily scaled, is protected from cyber attacks, has the guaranteed availability. Special attention is paid also to a data security issue, stored in a cloud. As the Emercom of Russia information and analytical center worked with personal data of people, the hosting in the protected circuit which conformed to requirements law FZ-152 was required for it.

"IAC Emercom of Russia" organized the tender for a hosting for the information and analytical system, and the corporate cloud provider of Cloud4Y became the winner of competition. The company offered the protected circuit which underwent certification for security requirements according to FZ-152 and received the certificate of compliance on personal data protection to the 1st level of security inclusive.

The available solution "FZ-152 cloud" at the price of Cloud4Y will allow Emercom of Russia information and analytical center to continue to conduct development, implementation and maintenance of software of projects on different information systems of Emercom of Russia. Work will be conducted in usual to the staff of department conditions, but with a bigger performance, the raised security level and an opportunity to quickly increase capacities in case of occurrence of extreme situations.
