2020: Control automation of a MRO for the Sosensky instrument-making plant

On June 10, 2020 it became known that Prof-IT Group, the Russian digital industrial integrator, completed the project on complex control automation by maintenance and repairs (MRO) for Federal State Unitary Enterprise Research and Production Center of Automatic Equipment and Instrument Making of a Name of the Academician N.A. Pilyugin branch – the Sosensky instrument-making plant.

The enterprise was faced by a task of reliability assurance and uninterrupted operation of work of a production equipment for timely implementation of both the state, and commercial contracts. The information system "Management of Repairs and Hardware Maintenance" on the platform of 1C of 2 CORP version which provided the maximum and simultaneous flexible functional scope became the tool of its solution.

Prof-IT Group acted as integrator of the project on which implementation seven months were required. Specialists of the company not only implemented an information system, but also provided training in work with it for all key users for the following divisions: service of the chief power engineer, service of the chief mechanical engineer and service of the chief metrologist.

The software "1C: TMAR Technology maintenance and repairs of equipment 2 CORP" will help Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPTsAP to plan annual diagrams of repairs in the shortest possible time and to carry out analytics on hardware failures that in turn will facilitate acceptance of strategic decisions and will reduce costs for carrying out the unplanned repair work caused by failure or replacement of the equipment.

Creation of high-precision devices and modules for the space-rocket industry requires high-precision planning of production process and reduction of any risks connected with idle time or failure in operation of the equipment. Together with specialists of Prof-IT Group we could leave from outdated accounting methods and planning and to implement complex process of management of repairs of the equipment, – Alexander Kurilin, the head of information technology told.

The project used strong functional examination of our command for Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPTSAP and showed possibilities of application of the Russian software for complex process automation of a MRO. Are sure that a system will allow to increase significantly quality of planning and will provide uninterrupted operation of work of strategically significant domestic enterprise, – Evgeny Sudarkin, the CEO of Prof-IT Group told.

Further the enterprise considers the possibilities on expansion of the existing functionality of a system and scaling of the created solution on other enterprises[1].
