2020: Creation of venture fund

On June 11, 2020 it became known of start of Aintrigud venture fund for investment into fudtekh-startups. He was founded by an osvladelets of the Nizhny Novgorod oil and fat plant (NMZhK, producer of Ryaba mayonnaise and Hostess margarine) Ivan Sidorok together with partners.

About the new project Vedomosti was told by Ivan Sidorok. According to him, Aintrigud will invest in new technologies in production of food.

The newspaper with reference to the Cyprian register writes that the company was registered in June, 2019. 50% in its capital belong to Sidork, and the remained share — to partners (Sidorok did not reveal their names).

According to the edition, 25% of venture fund the Cyprus company of Ph&re Holdings, her beneficiary – the president of pharmaceutical company "Nanolek" Vladimir Khristenko owns. Khristenko confirmed it to Vedomosti and specified the amount of the investments – $1.25 million.

Another 25% — at Ntc World company which is directed by the co-owner of manufacturing company of point-of-sale terminals for the Mobile Product taxi Artyom Kozovoy, said in the publication.

Until the end of the year Aintrigud intends to invest $5 million. In particular, it is going to enclose in projects of an accelerator of Mabius which Ivan Sidorok founded in 2014.  The Aintrigud fund already invested in the producer of the cereal Loot chips and vegetable meat from soy protein. According to Sidork, in June, 2020 it is going to enter two projects of Go Foods company – production of milk Octa drink and a granola of Granolife. 

The newspaper provides the forecast of the managing partner of Fuel for Growth fund Andrey Zyuzin. That says that he in revenue of the companies in the field of production of products using biotechnologies in the world by 2025 will grow approximately twice, to $390 billion, $7-15 billion from them in Russia.[1]
