2020: Obtaining patent

The VTB Group announced on June 16, 2020 obtaining the patent for the technology of selection of credit proposals developed by specialists of bank for clients. Use of technology allows to reduce time of formation of offers, to select several products at the same time, to receive the maximum quantity of combinations of credit and insurance products for one request.

Flexible selection of several credit products assumes a possibility of formation of offers on:

• to cash loans or refinancing with a possibility of the choice of obligations, as external and intra bank which the client and also with a possibility of receiving the additional amount on the personal purposes wants to refinance when refinancing;
• to new credit cards and change of limits of current;
• to non-bank cross-products, in particular, to options on an insurance on the made-out credits.

Calculation happens, proceeding from a necessary credit amount, financial client state, its current credit loading. It is important that the choice can be made within one solution approved by bank, without the need for reconsideration of the request.

The strategy of transformation of VTB on a digital basis assumes, in particular, acceleration of response of bank to a market change and client demand. Development of technology of flexible selection of credit proposals for clients and obtaining the patent for it - the next step within strategy implementation, - the deputy president-chairman of the board of VTB Vadim Kulik said.

Automation of routine bank processes and their transfer to the background mode allows us to offer products which meet customer expectations better. As a result of this transformation of VTB offers better service and fast service, and for the client several available product offers form, – the chief of the department of credit products of VTB Evgeny Blaginin noted.
