Rostelecom will place the IT equipment of VTB in the data processing center

2020: Floor layout plans of the IT equipment in DPC

On June 16, 2020 Rostelecom announced PJSC providing to group VTB of a full range of services in placement of the equipment, the organization of broadband channels communications and to providing server racks and cabinets in the centers of processing data (DPC). The computing equipment of VTB will be placed on the platform conforming to all modern technology and engineering standards that will allow to provide the high level of service and reliability of the solution.

Input of racks in operation will happen step by step, during 2020 and 2021. The duration of the agreement makes 60 months.

VTB continues to expand cooperation with Rostelecom within implementation of hi-tech projects. Placement of the IT equipment of VTB in commercial DPC of Rostelecom is convenient option which will allow VTB to create quickly reserves for IT systems, to increase their reliability and controllability — the vice president — the chairman of the board of VTB Vadim Kulik said.
