The implemented management system for exit collecting which is based on the technological solution Magenta.Mobile Collection will allow bank to increase efficiency and to increase the volume of collecting of debt. The Otkrytiye Bank reported about it on June 17, 2020.

The management system for exit collecting supports activity of employees on the run and allows to save about 30% of their working time on planning of routes, preparation of paper documents and visit of office, - Alexander Myamlin, the senior vice president, the director of the department of troubled assets of Otkrytiye bank tells.

In a mobile workplace of the specialist there is a plan of meetings and calls, customer information from a portfolio now. Results of departures are fixed by the employee on the tablet and in the online mode come to the accounting systems of bank for processing, report generation and planning of further actions in work with clients.

Thanks to transition to the paperless principle of preparation for departure and processing of results of meetings and also implementation of the mechanism of remote control of offside events, employees are saved from need to daily visit office that is especially relevant in the conditions of a pandemic.

Implementing solution allows Otkrytiye bank to increase a pin count with clients. Thanks to transfer on mobile jobs of up-to-date information about debtors, quality of training of specialists to negotiations and, as a result, their effectiveness increases, - Evgeny Teslenko, the project director of Madzhenta company noted.
