The Revolts 1 printing house increased profitability using pokopiyny lease of the CFM of Xerox

On June 16, 2020 it became known that the copy center "Revolts 1" upgraded lines of full-color and monochrome printing without expenses on equipment procurement. It became possible thanks to lease of the CFM  Xerox Versant 180 Press and Xerox D95 with pokopiyny payment.

Having signed the contract for lease and hardware maintenance, the Revolts 1 printing house increased the competitiveness in the market and profitability of production at the price of the minimum costs.

The complex from two industrial solutions was set: full-color the Xerox Versant 180 Press CFM with the built-in EFI controller and monochrome Xerox D95 system with the Xerox FreeFlow controller. High quality and low cost of a print, support of broad range of materials and possibilities of automation were the main selection terms.

With the CFM the largest and oldest polygraphic center of St. Petersburg could increase product quality thanks to permission of full-color and monochrome printing of 2400x2400 dpi. The SIQA automation system implemented in Xerox Versant 180 Press and high performance of machines helped to accelerate accomplishment of orders. At the same time density materials to 350 g/m2 and a format up to 330x660 mm became available.

The cost of pokopiyny lease of Xerox Versant 180 Press and Xerox D95 practically did not exceed costs of printing house for operation of the old equipment thanks to low cost value of printing on the CFM and to profitable service within the contract XPPS (Xerox Partner Print Services). Working on this model, the Superveyv company which is responsible for project implementation manages printing infrastructure of Revolts 1 printing house on the basis of methodology, service platforms and tools of Xerox. It is the first project of pokopiyny lease of the equipment in the market of commercial polygraphy of St. Petersburg.

We make big plans for development of all types of printing services. First of all by deepening of business process automation and implementation of new technologies of customer interaction. Installation new the CFM became an important step on the way to this purpose.
