NEK Group increases efficiency of corporate management

The NEK group completed the project of automation of budgeting, management accounting and traffic control of money based on the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0". As the partner in implementation 1C Company is attracted : Accounting and Trade (AT).

The NEK group renders a full range of services in transport-forwarding service generally for oil and gas sectors of economy.

For the purpose of increase in effective management of divisions and the company in general in the middle of 2008 the decision on complex automation was made. In a project deliverable it was required to increase efficiency of business processes, to provide reliability of the obtained data, to increase forecasting accuracies of financial results.

The project is implemented in 12 months. The single system in which functions of managerial financial accounting, the cash accounting, budget planning are performed is as a result created. Obtaining actual data of accounting and payrolls for the analysis of execution of budgets is automated. Data exchange with a corporate information system is configured. 27 jobs are automated.
