2020: A101 Group starts network of co-workings Easy Busy

In June, 2020 it became known that A101 Group begins the project of creation of network of the service zones Easy Busy. The project, in particular, assumes emergence on the first floors of apartment houses in areas of A101 Group of co-workings with a flexible scale of charges and a broad set of services considering needs of inhabitants and entrepreneurs – as beginners, and those who already implement the business projects within commercial premises of residential complexes of the developer.

At the first stage similar objects will open in residential complexes Scandinavia and "The Spanish quarters". In total in the next three years the Group will create 4 co-workings with a total area more than 1000 sq.m. Step-by-step opening will help Group to analyze efficiency of loading of the areas and the principle of their future development – expansion of the areas of co-workings or creation of several zones of a co-working in the residential area.

The concept provides an opportunity to develop any type of business. Indoors it is possible to rent as classical "office" places with the installed office equipment or without it, and specialized rooms for rendering byyuti-services, household or educational services.
