2020: Representation of SAP for Me

The global SAP for Me portal after beta testing earned for clients. On June 18, 2020 the SAP CIS company reported about it. Its main task – to simplify communication with clients, having provided them access to all data on products, systems and licenses which they use. Here all necessary information, important notifications, metrics and analytical data on a product portfolio of SAP with uniform access point will be consolidated. Clients will be able to get pro-active support, insights and the additional information to the maximum to apply all available functionality of SAP solutions.

SAP for Me

Besides, in June, 2020 will be able to use the portal and the partners connected with sale of solutions, additional functions will be available to them until the end of 2020. SAP for Me will be able to provide full 360-degree cooperation between partners, clients and SAP company.

About emergence of the portal for clients, SAP could build the accurate scheme of interaction with an ecosystem on three key points. The first – the global website of SAP.com company, here any interested specialist can find information necessary for it. The second - SAP for Me created especially for clients. The third - SAP Community, platform for exchange of experience and a transfer of knowledge. Each of these three elements will support work with clients, relying on the general structure and uniform tools, such as, for example, universal ID.

SAP for Me will help us to cover all lines of business, cloud and on-premise. We created the platform focused, first of all, on the client, his needs and requests. It will become the uniform and universal center where it will be possible to find answers to any questions connected with products, important notifications and analytical data on a portfolio of the used solutions. This is the digital-consultant who will simplify communication with SAP, will make the necessary recommendations personally for each client.

Thanks to the personalized SAP for Me settings individual notifications, information on products, only the necessary data and metrics will become available to clients. And also they will trace accounts, the number of licenses and educational content, to browse the status of requests in a support service and the corresponding notifications.

It is very convenient to use SAP for Me, intuitive navigation and the personalized settings considerably facilitate work. The user obtains data with the necessary detail level, only what is really necessary and is not distracted by excess parts and details.
