Georgy Shcherbak in 1987 graduated from the Military Medical Faculty at the Tomsk Medical Institute with a degree in Medical and Preventive Medicine. In 2015 he graduated from RANEPA with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Biography

The 1990th

In the 90s, he served in the Armed Forces Russia in positions related to the organization of medical support for airborne units.

2004-2017

From 2004 to 2017, he worked as the chief physician of a state medical organization in the Tula region, deputy head of the sanatorium and resort complex of the Ministry of Defense.

2019

In early August 2019, Georgy Shcherbak became the Acting Minister of Health of the Udmurt Republic. Prior to that, he served as First Deputy Minister of Health of Udmurtia.

2020: COVID-19 coronavirus infection

 It is noted that since March 2020, all members of the republican government have been tested for the presence of coronavirus. Earlier it was reported that the coronavirus was detected in the head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov and the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic Tatyana Churakova. Both officials have already recovered.

Georgy Shcherbak has been the Minister of Health of Udmurtia since March 13, 2020. Prior to that , he was the acting Minister of Health of Udmurtia.[1]
