The Gordiz company, the resident Klastera of biomedical technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, developed and registered the set of instruments for diagnosis of reagents for identification of a status of microsatellite instability (MSI) and violations of functioning of a system of a reparation of genomic DNA of the person. Progress in studying of molecular and genetic mechanisms of tumoral growth allows to develop and implement methods gene and immunotherapies of malignant new growths. Especially effective such types of treatment appear concerning new growths with the expressed genetic disorders. The analysis of microsatellite instability of DNA (MSI) has important practical value for diagnostics and the choice of strategy of treatment and allows to predict efficiency of use of expensive therapy for the specific patient. The developed test system for the analysis of MSI passed tests and is registered in product quality of the medical appointment ready to use in clinical practice.

Our command has considerable experience in the development area of products for molecular and genetic researches. However development of the test system intended for clinical application became for us the important project. The majority diagnostic systems in the Russian market is made by the foreign companies and are available only in a format of products 'to scientific research' that significantly limits possibilities of their practical use. It was important not just to develop a product for us, but also to bring it to the Russian medical centers in the form of the tested and approved tool ready to application in real clinical practice.

Determination of microsatellite instability – the test which allows to approach a question of treatment of oncological diseases more differentially. First of all it is about a colorectal cancer, cancer of a stomach and some other localizations of malignant new growths. It is very important that according to test results the doctor can estimate how effective at the specific patient will be application, so-called, inhibitors of control points – very promising, but extremely expensive method of treatment. In fact, emergence of similar available Russian developments in the market is one more step towards the personalized medicine in Russia. It is rather difficult to revaluate relevance of the developed test for practical health care.
