Finam creates 2 years reports of 6 million lines in XBRL Factory

2020: Results of implementation of XBRL Factory

Staff of JSC Finam (further – the Company) automatically creates a reporting set in a system. It for June, 2020 includes 47 reports and notes BFO and 7 reports of a sales tax - 0420409, 0420410, 0420411, 0420412, 0420414, 0420415, 0420417 for which data are collected from the accounting accounting system and the back-office system. At the same time reports 0420415 and 0420417 consist of about 6 million lines. On June 22, 2020 the Sintegro consulting company reported about it.

Since 2018 all accounting systems from which data are collected are integrated.

Earlier we collected these reports using Excel and the program of other developer, - Tatyana Alekseeva tells, the head of Department of the reporting of JSC FINAM, - But work in two systems was irrational. It was necessary that data were unloaded from back-office of the Company in the necessary format in XBRL Factory (further – Factory or the Accounting system). For this purpose the internal accounting system was integrated with Factory. For June, 2020 data from back-office for several volume reports are loaded into the Accounting system at once. In it we can browse data and edit them if it is necessary.

For users, it is more usual to them to work in Excel, unloading from XBRL Factory for viewing and adjustment of data is provided. The report is unloaded in the form of several files, each up to 100 thousand lines. At correction of data in one file it is possible to load back only corrected, without need to load all over again.

Staff of the Company actively participates in development of a system. Interaction with technical support pushed the companies to one more important integration.

In our company as a project management system the product Jira Software is actively used. We wanted that users continued to operate the usual, implemented in the company system, and we decided to make jointly integration with the system of Sintegro consulting Redmine", - Alexey Troshin, the Head of Department of development of JSC FINAM tells.

Specialists of FINAM set tasks in technical support in Jira within separately created project then the task is automatically created in Redmine. Besides, the employee of Sintegro consulting can accept the address about an error, and after its institution in Redmine it will automatically be created also in Jira. In the course of the solution, Jira and Redmine communicate about change of the statuses with the comments entered by employees in the "native" systems. After the solution of a task from Sintegro consulting in Redmine there is a change of the status on "Is decided" that automatically leads to change of the status in the Jira system of FINAM. Thus each of the parties continues to work with the management system over the general tasks.
