On June 23, 2020 it became known that at Sveza plant in Ural the Fire safety project is implemented. The program is directed to increase in level of security of production, the maximum reduction of risk of ignition in workplaces and protection of the equipment against ignitions. Available and establishment of the new warning systems in the next 5 years the Sveza plant in Ural will spend about 300 million rubles for upgrade.
The production process of plywood products is connected with high temperatures in premises in workplaces. Mechanisms and units generate a large amount of heat, and a product of processing - wood - material easily flammable. With respect thereto the question of ensuring fire safety has paramount value. Within the Fire safety program in the current year in production premises of the Ural plant "Sveza" a number of the projects directed to prevention of fire-dangerous situations was implemented.
Emergency lighting was installed in all production body. Evacuation illumination of workshop is subdivided into escape route lighting, evacuation illumination of zones of the increased danger. The equipment specifies the accurate and clear direction for evacuation.
Also at plant fire-prevention doors in premises with high risks of ignitions - electropanel board were set. Distribution of the fire on the building of a door will serve in a case as an additional barrier which can stop ignition.
Within the investment project are also brought into operation of a system of fast fire extinguishing. Systems minimize time between determination of ignition and the beginning of suppression. Besides, their fast reaction allows to extinguish ignition by the minimum quantity of water, and water fog does not do harm to the equipment. The comprehensive program on fire safety of Sveza plant in Ural will be implemented within 5 years, and its total investment cost about 300 million rubles.
