2020: Connection to an electronic document management system 10,000 clients

The ten-thousand client was connected to an electronic document management system of VTB Leasing. On June 25, 2020 VTB reported about it. Thus, 35% of the total number of clients interact with the company in a digital medium. A system was implemented in October, 2019, during this time through it more than 120,000 documents were directed.

At the first stage the electronic document management system (e-document flow) of VTB Leasing allows to perform sending electronic invoices. Since May, 2020 in it the pilot functionality of signing of supplementary agreements appeared, during this time in a digital format more than 1100 such documents were signed with clients in the territory of the whole country.

Electronic exchange of documents saves time and means of clients and does process by more effective. Delivery of the document to the addressee is performed online within several minutes without visit of office VTB Leasing. The documents directed through an electronic system have the same legal force, as a paper equivalent. The Federal Tax Service and courts accept them as originals if they are signed with the qualified electronic signature.

To be connected to e-document flow, it is enough to clients to announce VTB Leasing desire to receive electronic documents, after that to pass into a personal account of a system of the operator and to sign with the qualified electronic signature the agreement on exchange of electronic versions. Electronic document management in VTB Leasing is organized through the GSI system developed by the operator accredited by FTSTensor Company LLC.

Development of digital services for convenience of clients is one of priorities of strategy of VTB Leasing. Implementation of this system does our interaction by more comfortable. Originals of documents are available within several minutes in day of their signing. Besides, there is a possibility of quick search of the necessary information for providing in FTS. At the same time confidentiality of data is provided due to use of secure channel of their transfer. We are not satisfied with what has already been achieved and we are going to continue implementation of online services, - the operating officer of VTB Leasing Sergey Marinich notes.
