2020: Skillaz system implementation
Pyaterochka, the Russian network of grocery stores "at the house", implemented an intelligent system of Skillaz for mass personnel recruitment. On June 29, 2020 the X5 Retail Group company reported about it. The solution increases the speed and controllability of hiring, allows to avoid loss of the candidate in process and to increase quality and speed of communications.
The Skillaz system represents an intelligent system of automation of selection of a full stroke with technology of a clever task scheduler for automation of work of recruiting call center. With its help operators recruiters can work with maximum efficiency and process 100% of a flow of candidates. Besides, the directors of shops hiring employees on places use a system. Thanks to complex reorganization of processes of hiring based on Skillaz of the procedure of selection and approval of the candidate take only about 15 minutes now.
For several months since the beginning of system implementation of Skillaz through the whole country time of hiring of employees (an indicator of time to hire) was on average reduced by one and a half times, and linear positions "are closed" on average in 3-4 days now. At the same time 34% of candidates find a job in day of the address now.
For June, 2020 the solution automates recruiting of sellers-cashiers, bakers, collectors of orders, supervisors, directors and associate directors of shops, and in the nearest future through Skillaz the logistic block of Pyaterochka will also be selected.
For Pyaterochka implementation of an automated system of mass selection is a logical continuation of a course towards digitalization of the company and HR processes. Trends of the last years and of course globally a situation with a coronavirus impose a number of restrictions for processes of mass selection.
