2020: Completion of debugging of the line of surface mount

JSC BPO Progress entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec completed debugging of the line of surface mount. The updated line for soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards allowed to increase labor productivity at the enterprise more than by 7 times due to use of technologies. For the end of June, 2020 in Russia there are no more than ten similar lines of surface mount. On June 29, 2020 the Avtomatika Concern reported about it.

The upgraded line allowed to increase labor productivity due to use of modular installers, a chipshuter and the universal high-precision installer. Also the line is equipped with the convection furnace with ten zones of heating and three zones of cooling and provides optimal adjustment of a thermoprofile under the most difficult products, including in the field of lead-free technology.

the Quality of electronic components is provided due to application 3D - control systems of putting materials, installation and soldering of the components functioning on the principle of a laser triangulation, – the CEO of JSC BPO Progress Marat Timirov explained.

Financing of upgrade was performed at the expense of a fund of Development of the Industry.

The concern reminded that the main activities of joint-stock company are contract development in spheres of electronics for the market of telecommunication services and industrial automation; development of the system, applied and service software; development of all necessary design documentation, including assembly, detail drawings, 3D models and specifications of future product; development and production of special purpose means of communication for needs of security agencies; production and sale of the equipment of civil industrial electronics, telecommunication equipment and electric equipment of dual purpose.
