2019: Implementations of the module of quality control

In 2018 Ermann made the decision on the beginning of the project on automation of quality control, replacement of outdated LIMS, integration of quality control with purchases, production and storage of finished goods. As the contractor of the project the Ermann company selected itelligence.

Within the project replacement of outdated laboratory system (LIMS) was implemented. Automatic integration into the laboratory equipment is implemented. End-to-end process regarding quality control of the purchased raw materials and materials, control of semi-products in a production process, control of finished goods is implemented.

Project calls:

• High labor input of process on data transfer from the equipment at control of dairy products
• Integration of a system into earlier implemented modules
• Need of standardization of business processes and unification
• Formation of the general structure of the enterprise for control of different environments
• Replacement of the outdated software of LIMS

• End-to-end control of processes
• The unified information system of quality control at all production phases, purchases of raw materials and storage of finished goods
• Decrease in labor input and duration of carrying out analyses of quality control
• The LIMS functions using the SAP solution Quality Management are implemented
• Operational reporting in different cuts
• Obtaining reporting operational (online) under traceability (traceability): from the purchased raw materials and * materials to finished goods
• Unification and standardization of process of control of products according to the quality standards of the food industry

The implementation project of the module SAP QM the itelligence command allowed Ermann company to increase efficiency in the field of quality control and production.
