2020: Support of efficiency of IT and telecom equipment
On June 30, 2020 the Technoserv company, one of the Russian system integrators, in 2020 continues technical support of IT and network equipment of Tele2 mobile operator. Cooperation between the companies in service maintenance continues more than 10 years.
For June, 2020 to technical support of Technoserv there is an IT equipment two large DPCs the operator, located century Rostov-on-Don. This server equipment, systems and networks data storage and also tape libraries of such vendors, as Fujitsu Hitachi Vantara HP Enterprise IBM Oracle. Also Technoserv is engaged in service of network equipment of Tele2 of production Cisco Systems and Citrix: these are backbone, corporate and wireless networks of transfer data. In total on technical support the integrator for June 30, 2020 has about 700 items of equipment, located in 14 cities in the territory from Kaliningrad to Siberia.
The main obligation of Technoserv is ensuring stable operation of the equipment. For this purpose on places specialists execute technical support and preventive maintenance of IT and the telecom systems. Failure handling is performed with observance of requirements of SLA with strict requirements on time of response to an incident, at the same time for the critical equipment the round-the-clock mode of service 24х7х365 is provided. Also the integrator guarantees existence of a necessary warehouse stock of parts and devices.
