The Inzhimatik company, the resident of Skolkovo Foundation, provided sorption 3D - sensors of direct detection of leakages of water and hydrocarbons. They will help to prevent accidents on oil-extracting, oil processing and energy-generating objects of the industry. On June 30, 2020 the Skolkovo Foundation reported about it.

Operational leak detection will allow to save hundreds of millions rubles and to protect the surrounding nature.

3D - sensors of fluid leakages can be placed in any points technology 3D - spaces where emergence of leakages is most probable. It is, for example, combined heat and power plant, the NPP, industrial enterprises, objects of housing and public utilities, shopping malls, hotels, office centers, medical institutions, etc.

Cable hydrosensors allow to define instantly on what specific section there was a leak of water or the excess humidity was just formed. The feature of the solution is that the sensor can work, being in any point of space, and not just on a floor as the majority of the known sensors of leak detection. The first signs of a leakage of water (emergence of drops, microleaks, condensate) using development of Inzhimatik company can be revealed in 1-3 seconds. For oil and gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel and also liquefied natural gas actuation time makes from several seconds to 10-15 minutes.

The Norilsk accident once again showed that an opportunity and speed of detection of leakages of process liquids has basic value for prevention of technogenic catastrophes and cardinal decrease in the extent of damage from them. Our 3D - sensors of leak of liquids are gravitationally independent, work at any orientation in any point of 3D-technology space and have practically no restrictions on the location. Sensors are capable to detect leak of liquid hydrocarbons at the earliest stages and tens times quicker, than in competitors.

For June, 2020 Inzhimatik finishes development of "ecological" sensors of direct detection of emergence of oil products directly in the earth. It will allow to implement a possibility of the organization of independent online control of pollution by oil products of territories around storages of fuel, gas stations and terminals.

According to the conclusion of the British institute BRE Global - executive body of a system of the international 'green' certification of BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), - development of Inzhimatik company '3D - hydrosensor networks of early detection of leakages of building constructions' is recognized 'green' and the innovation.
