2020: Application launch of Team Availability App
On June 30, 2020 the Xerox company announced application launch of Xerox Team Availability App. This solution allows the organizations to keep track of availability and location of personnel, quickly is implemented and works in real time. Understand where there are employees and whether they work, it is important for management of the flexible environment in which the share of hybrid employment with connection from office and from the house grows.
As noted in Xerox, the companies support use of technical solutions in the field of hybrid employment and invest in them. The recent global research of business conducted by request of Xerox showed that 58% of respondents are going to change next year policy of work from the house. After integration the application delivers to authorized users the data streams configured and protected from public eyes which help to make strategic decisions. Xerox implements the application in all the structures, managing step-by-step safe return of employees to jobs according to the plan of Path Forward. The company uses the application to carry out a daily inspection of personnel regarding potential impact of COVID-19.
The Imperial NHS Trust company (Great Britain) performed trial start of Xerox Team Availability App. Using the application the trust keeps track at the height of a pandemic of the status of employees of services of life support in own divisions and on new platforms.

According to the statement of the developer, Xerox Team Availability App is the solution SaaS corresponding to the General regulations on data protection (GDPR). The application extends on a subscription that allows consumers to purchase it only for that period when it is necessary. Xerox Team Availability App can be loaded into App Store and Google Play Store. For June, 2020 the application is available in the market of the USA and some countries of Europe.
