2020: Implementation of 1C: Mining industry 2. The module for 1C:ERP

Within development of information systems of Industrial metallurgical holding for the purpose of reduction of labor costs and increase in cost efficiency the decision on implementation of the centralized information ERP system was made. The choice was stopped on the software of the Russian producer, namely an industry product of 1C Company and Synergo company: "1C:ERP Mining industry 2".

Completion of the software product was not considerable, 80% of the existing industry subsystems "1C:ERP the Mining industry 2" the enterprises conformed to requirements. It allowed to reduce costs for implementation in comparison with use of similar programs without industry functionality. As the contractor the Synergo company was selected.

The following tasks were set for a project team:

• Providing consumers with timely and reliable information about the actual production costs, a status of the main production processes and accomplishment of the planned indicators;
• Decrease in labor costs on accounting, preparation and the analysis of the reporting under the basic and auxiliary production processes due to single entering into the system of economic and technology transactions with the maximum involvement of integration tools with existing at the enterprise automated by the IC;
• Ensuring completeness of the data necessary for high-quality maintaining managerial, accounting and tax accounting of the organization according to requirements of the Russian legislation and management company;
• Integration with information systems of holding (management of NSI, purchase and supply, business analysts);
• Automation of formation of the regulated reporting and statistical forms with observance of fixed terms;
• Process automation of integration into external ICs and APCS (weight systems), ETRAN system;

_ Automation of payroll of personnel using a time and price-work wage system, awards on the basis of data of operational production accounting;

• Automation of formation of the unified, statistical and regulated forms of the reporting under the salary and the movement of the personnel with observance of fixed terms;
• Process automation of integration into external ICs and APCS.

During the project the following processes were automated:

1. Operational accounting
2. Regulated accounting
3. Personnel management and payroll
4. An inventory control using the order scheme.
