2020: Representation of a method of detection of "invisible" objects"
In JSC Radio Engineering Institute of a Name of the Academician A.L. Mintz (JSC RTI), entering into JSC RTI, provided a method of the selection of moving objects (SMO), made on technology "stealth". The method is based on the analysis of a radar shadow (RLT) of an observed object. Announced this RTI on July 2, 2020.
Within development of this method in JSC RTI carried out the assessment of a possibility of use of the analysis of a radar shadow by method of synthesizing of an aperture of the moving objects arising at a stage of mapping of the area. As a result it was succeeded to provide model of calculation of RLT of a moving object and to show that the considered method is simple in implementation and can be used as additional sign when carrying out selection of moving objects.

This method has the high practical importance. If along with the image of an object shifted on a bearing its shadow is observed, then direction finding should be made on it. At the same time the difference of bearings of the radar image of an object and a shadow bears information on object motion speed.
The provided method provides decrease in level of errors of direction finding. The offered skeleton diagram of the multichannel the radar of the synthesized aperture (RSA) provides one-time formation of the radar image with high resolution capability, selection of moving objects onboard the small-size aircraft and reception-transmission of data on an operations control room in real time.
