For increase in effective management of documents the management of FSBEI IN "The Volgograd state technical university" selected the solution "1C: Document Flow of public institution"

During the project a system was unrolled in 225 workplaces. The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Training in group at office of the customer

The automated tasks:

  • Office-work
  • Accounting and document storage
  • Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
  • Accounting and control of execution of instructions
  • Accounting of agreements

According to the customer order training of staff of the company with drawing up the instruction for training of again accepted workers was provided.

Key results of implementation:

  • Time and labor costs for preparation and approval of documents and employment contracts was reduced.
  • Risks of loss and damage of documents decreased.
  • The performing discipline increased.
  • Time of acquaintance with orders and orders was reduced.
